Allotments Committee meetings are open to any member of the public so please come along, especially if you are a tenant. An agenda (in Word 97-2003 format), will be posted on the website no later than five days before the meeting date.

We also have an Allotments Sub-Committee comprising :- Two Members ( one of whom will be the Chair), all Allotment Site Representatives( 2x Ryeworth, 2x Sappercombe, 1x Croft, 1x Haver, two tenant. These meetings will be held between Committee meetings and the Agendas and notes posted on the website. This is work in progress at present.

 

Allotments Minutes

All Allotments Committee meetings are minuted and our goal is to have them posted here within two weeks of the meeting.

The Minute is initially an ‘Unconfirmed Minute’ which is then considered at the next meeting and any errors or omissions corrected or it is accepted ‘as read’, signed by the Chair as a correct record, and becomes the Minute of the meeting. The Committee Chairman makes a report on each meeting to the next meeting of the full Parish Council and moves that the Unconfirmed Minute be accepted (but any subsequent change would have to be reported to the following Council.)

The Sub Committee meetings are not formally minuted, but a record of the meeting is taken and our aim is that it will be published here.
